With the closure of the paper mentioned in previous posts (6 = 2 pieces cream and 4 grays) and the Velcro may be provided, in fact, a kind of closure for this bag like "postman".

closures on the two gray Velcro attaches the part with the teeth of rigid plastic (hand or machine) and then stick on the bag as photos.

The two closures are combined with the remaining cream to gray and then you attack the party with the most soft velcro and then stick to the closing flap of the bag at those below.
